Cancellation policy
SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you purchase a subscription from HydroSwell, you'll receive repeat deliveries of your selected product(s) based on the frequency you choose at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged automatically at each renewal unless you cancel or pause your subscription beforehand.
Heads Up Before You're Charged
We send three reminder emails leading up to each upcoming billing event so you have advance notice and the opportunity to make changes before your next order processes.
Reminder emails are sent as a courtesy. Failure to receive, review, or open a reminder email does not alter your responsibility for managing your subscription prior to renewal.
You're in Full Control — Cancel or Pause Anytime
There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation requests must be completed prior to the next scheduled billing date. Once a subscription renewal order has been successfully billed, the order is considered placed and is no longer eligible for cancellation.
You have two easy ways to manage your subscription:

Log in to your account at hydroswell.com to edit your subscription, change your delivery frequency, swap flavors, skip a shipment, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Email cancellation requests are processed during normal business hours. Customers are responsible for ensuring they receive confirmation that their cancellation request has been processed before the next scheduled billing date.
What Happens After You Cancel
Your subscription will be canceled immediately once the cancellation has been processed. No future subscription renewals will be charged.
Cancellation applies only to future orders. Subscription renewal orders that have already been billed, processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
HydroSwell products are generally sold as final sale unless otherwise stated. Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle a customer to a refund for orders that have already been billed, processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped. Such orders remain subject to our Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Subscriber Pricing
Subscription products may be offered at a discounted rate compared to one-time purchase pricing. Any applicable subscription discount applies only while the subscription remains active and may be modified or discontinued at HydroSwell's discretion.
PRE-ORDERS
When you purchase a pre-order item from HydroSwell, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available to ship, either because it is a new product launching soon or because it is temporarily out of stock. Pre-order availability will be clearly communicated on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Payment
Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. You will not be charged an additional amount at fulfillment.
Estimated Fulfillment Date
Estimated fulfillment dates are displayed on the product page and communicated in your order details. These dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, or shipping delays.
If an estimated fulfillment date changes, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible with an updated timeline.
Pre-Order Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your order has shipped.
To request a pre-order cancellation, contact us at info@hydroswell.com with your order number. Pre-order cancellation requests are not considered complete until confirmed by HydroSwell Customer Support.
Once a pre-order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Any post-shipment concerns will be handled in accordance with our Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy.
