Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Orders received prior to 12 pm PST will be shipped the same day out of our San Diego CA warehouse. Orders received after 12 pm PST will be shipped the next day. Shipping times range from 2-5 days in the continental US depending on the shipping method you select and the shipping address.

We will notify you via email once your order has shipped and provide tracking info. We will also notify you once your order has arrived. If you believe your package has been lost contact us at info@hydroswell.com. We will open an inquiry with the shipping carrier on your behalf and do all we can to make things right.

HydroSwell is not responsible for stolen packages. Once the shipping carrier provides proof of delivery it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they act quickly to retrieve their package.

If you feel there's a risk your package may be stolen, consider having your order shipped to a PO box or secure shipping locker.
