At this time, all HydroSwell products are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.

In special instances, we may offer a money-back guarantee and/or the option to return or exchange products. In such cases, the guarantee will be explicitly stated on the applicable product or promotional page and applies only to that specific product or promotion. If no guarantee is explicitly offered, this Final Sale Policy applies.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be eligible for cancellation and a full refund only if the cancellation request is received and confirmed by our Customer Support team before the order has shipped.

Submitting a cancellation request alone does not guarantee cancellation. Customers must receive confirmation from HydroSwell Customer Support that the order was successfully canceled before the order ships.

Once an order has shipped, it is considered final sale and is no longer eligible for cancellation, refund, return, or exchange unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or guarantee.
