Here are a few tips and things to watch out for when you first make it.

To get your HydroSwell protein mixed up right, stirring won't cut it. Add to 12–16 oz of water and SHAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT! Foaming is normal—just wait and watch as it transforms into a refreshing, clear protein drink. Add ice after for extra chill 🧊😋
