How do I use ProLoco?
To mix ProLoco you need 2 things...
1. A tightly sealed bottle, ideally a shaker bottle.
2. H20, preferably the ice-cold kind.
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Pour 16-20 oz of ice-cold water into your shaker bottle.
Step 2: Add 1 serving of ProLoco and seal the lid tightly.
Step 3: Shake it up like your life depends on it for about 20-30 seconds!
Step 4: Let it sit for 30-60 seconds for any foaming to dissolve
Step 5: Go Loco aka Drink Up!
Pro Tip #1: If you let the bottle sit for a while between sips, give it a quick swirl to ensure any vitamins and minerals that have settled are mixed well.
Pro Tip #2: The amount of water you use is all a matter of personal preference so we suggest starting with about 16 oz of H2O, tasting it, and adding more until you reach your ideal flavor profile.

How many servings can I drink daily?
For the caffeinated versions of ProLoco limit your daily intake to two 2-3 servings per day depending on the other sources of caffeine you consume.
According to the FDA, a healthy adult can safely consume around 400 mg of caffeine each day. Be aware that each serving of caffeinated ProLoco contains 80 mg of natural caffeine.
There is no limit to the number of servings of the caffeine-free versions so feel free to drink multiple servings while also consuming plenty of healthy unprocessed whole foods.
We suggest at least 1 serving of ProLoco daily to help meet your protein & vitamin needs and stay properly hydrated.
What form of protein is in ProLoco?
ProLoco is made with a specially filtered type of whey protein isolate sourced from ethical American dairies. It is a complete protein containing all 9 essential amino acids, has a unique clean taste that makes ProLoco's signature refreshing fruity taste possible, and is clinically proven to be an ideal protein for muscle recovery and maintenance.
Is there lactose in it?
Although the protein used is derived from milk, it's gone through a natural filtration process to remove the lactose so even lactose intolerant people should have no problems.
How long will it stay good once mixed?
We intentionally excluded preservatives when formulating ProLoco so once mixed, it's best to consume within 1-2 hours. If you don't drink it all by then, store it in the refrigerator.
It's important to note that ProLoco contains protein that can spoil quickly when exposed to heat so avoid leaving your drink in a hot car and be sure to wash your shaker bottle after each use.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! We worked hard to find an eco-friendly packaging solution that would also keep your products fresh and safe. ProLoco is packaged in post-consumer recycled bags which means they have already been recycled 1-2 times.
Most plastics can only be recycled a few times before breaking down. Because our bags are made from pre-recycled materials, they have reached the end of their useful life and need to be disposed of in the trash. Our scoops are also made from post-consumer recycled plastic but they can be recycled again so be sure to drop them into your recycling bin.
